Amp/Cab issues

So, I’m currently running an Ampeg V3 through an Acoustic B410. Previously, I ran an Ampeg B2N.
With both heads. I’ve experienced, issues with the rig playing great then after taking a break, nothing… maybe a faint signal, but for the most part, bubkas. It’s not the bass itself, I’ve played a couple through it.
I’m assuming it’s the cab, but last weekend, my band backlined for two other bands. No issues, until I plugged in.
Thoughts?

A simple and inexpensive fix if that's the problem.

instrument cable, speaker cable, overheating of some sort... what else is in your signal chain?

Typically just a Boss II tuner.
Which after disconnecting it, I thought solved the problem. But, nope.
