My Kustom amp caught on fire and I need suggestions on getting new one.(my setup is horrible. First my bass, and now this) Again, price is a huge concern to me.

Perhaps you could offer us some insight as to the circumstances surrounding how your amp caught fire.
how about your budget? what kind of sound are you looking for? what did you previously have? are you looking for something similar?
Tone and price are irrelevant.

to the OP: buy anything that makes a sound. Get something better when you get some money to spend.
Hartke HA3500 with a VX410 cab... Good for the price.
I've found that a Washburn bass gets decent sounds...
2 options to get your over the "hump" before you buy nicer equipment after you've saved up a little more.
