Double Bass Amp tech recommendations in S. Ontario

Warning! It's a guitar amp, not bass!!

One of our guitarists acquired a Fender Vibraverb reissue with issues. We believe the power tubes are damaged and may have other issues. The power tubes were replaced a few years ago with a matched pair but they weren't biased at all. The amp cuts out at higher volume.

Can anyone here recommend a decent tech in the Southern Ontario region who can look at this amp?

Maybe. I'm in Toronto and I'm not adverse to road trips. I've gathered a few options so far, so Buffalo would have to be the best option.
Wrt turnaround, hoping to have it fixed in a reasonable amount of time, but getting it fixed is more important than the time, so as long as it takes I guess.
