Amp Techs: QSC PLX 1202 Not Producing Full Bandwidth.

I recently acquired this amp, had to clear up some issues attributed to age and storage. I've noticed a pronounced lack of highs and mids. I've A/B'd it through several evolutions with other amps/speaker combinations. I've also experimented with the dip switch settings, to no avail. Any thoughts?

If you have an audio signal generator available, switch off the amp's LF filter and put a steady test tone into it at 50, 100, 500, 1000, 5000, and 10000 Hz. As long as the input voltage doesn't change, the output voltage shouldn't either.

PV6 mixer. It drives a Peavey IPR 1600 just fine. Full range, crisp and clear. I'm trying to figure where in my sound setup the QSC could fit....if at all.

I would recommend that you have it checked out to see if the problem is in the amp or elsewhere.
