Finally after about 3 weeks and 22 e-mails, TC Electronics finally agreed that its their problem and they are going to repair my BG250 combo amp for me, frickin wow, what a pain in the ass this turn out to be. I will never try to update my amp ever again. All I tried to do is update the firmware on the amp so that I can dowmload different tone print effects from there website and the amp locked up on me and wont play a sound. Frickin wow!!
