Ampeg Ba115 HELP!!!!

ok this is what happened.

i was playing bass using my headphones like any normal day when i heard a pop and the amp was suddenly off. I opened it and it had blow the fuse i put another one in ther and did the same thing again. I was told to replace the mosfests and so i did and the amp lasted for five minutes and did the same thing it did in the beggining.

can anybody tell me what wrong with my amp?

Just a wild guess-

Perhaps the headphone jack has failed? And the switch portion of the jack that disables the speaker is actually presenting a dead short to the power amp instead of an open connection?
