Ampeg BA115HP Rattle... Help Please

I have an Ampeg BA115HP, playing a G&L L-2500 with a Sansamp DI and a BBE Sonic Maximizer. I get a terrible rattle, or vibration (whatever it is, its not musical) every time I play an E. It doesnt matter what octave, but it only makes the noise on E's and F's, and occasionally Eb, but basically, around the pitch of E. It does not do this through the PA system when I play live, so I know its not my bass. I also do not get this noise out of any other amp.

I have tried tightening every visible screw so that it is more snug, but that did not resolve the issue at all, and may have only made it worse.

Please tell me how to fix this. I do not have the money to take it in, but help as to how to disassemble this thing and where to look for problems. I'm sure it voids the warranty, but thats not my concern. Please help.

Thank you.

Look inside the ports on the back with a flashlight. The plastic outter flange should have a cardboard tube attached to it. If you see the tube just laying inside the cab, or hanging off, then you'll want to put it back where it should be. The black plastic port flange should have three screws. Unscrew it, then pull the tube out and reconnect it to the flange. I've duck taped mine on my B100R and 2x15 cabs to keep them from coming off again.
