Ampeg BXT115HL cab not working

This actually went out on me a while back and I'm finally getting around to trying to fix it. The only sound I'm getting is very faintly through the tweeter. Any ideas? Don't know if it helps but it stopped working after a show and my Hartke 4x10 went out as well. No problems during that show from either one though

Pull the speaker and see if it's all still hooked up.

EDIT: Hmmm...your Hartke cab also went out? What head and how loud were you? Could have blown them.

At that time i was running a Hartke 3500 head pushin 250x250w ,vol on 4. Speaker appears fine from what I can tell. Don't kave it on me at the moment but I'll pull everything tonight and recheck

You can use a 9 volt battery on the speaker terminals to see if the cone moves (voice coil not burnt open or seized). If the speaker won't respond to the 9 volt battery DO NOT use that amp again until a tech can check it for excessive DC on the speaker outputs (or you could blow another cab).

As Mr B posted, a 9V battery directly across the drivers terminal block should show if the voice coil is gone. If you're very, very lucky you might find a bad connection.
