Ampeg for a Trace?

To make a long story short, I was offered a mint 1993 Trace Elliot AH600SM head and 1810 cab for my mint 2004 Ampeg SVT head alone. I like the tone of both heads quite a bit, but had a few questions for someone more qualified than myself....

I know you can find SVT's virtually anywhere, but how rare and special is that Trace head?

Also, how do both heads compare in maximum useable volume (through an Ampeg 8x10)?

Thanks!

is yours a classic or an AV? im partial to solid state trace gear, but when you throw an SVT into the picture...eh, I woulden't make any quick decisions.

Then again, if I had an SVT to trade i would trade it in a heart beat for an all tube quad, hexa, V4, or V6 (assuming a V8 wont ever come by).

im sure someone has that trace here (check out the trace elliot club), or somthing close to it that can tell you more specifics about it. But volume wise, with my experience with trace gear, you'll be just fine. My V-300h basically KILLS as far as volume goes. SVT's are hella loud on there own, but somthing tells me the trace will be able to keep up.
