Can anyone tell me when this cabinet was made? Also is it one of the good ones to get?

I can't comment as to whether it's one of the good ones to get but the serial # puts it as January of 2006.
As I recall, in 2006 they changed over from Ultraspan OSB to plywood. I wouldn’t get an OSB cab unless you want one that’s darker sounding. Ultraspan tends to shatter if dropped. I can’t tell if the one that you are looking at is OSB or plywood. The plywood walls at the time were a little narrower (⅝”) vs ¾” for ultraspan. One way to tell if it is OSB is to remove a handle and look.
