Ampeg SVT212 AV + Fender Rumble V3 200c

Quick question, is safe to run a 4 ohms Ampeg SVT 212AV cab with a Fender rumble V3 200c Combo - 200 Watts at 4 ohms (with Extension Cabinet), 140 Watts at 8 ohms (Internal).
I just got the 212av cabinet and don't have the amp head yet so I thought I'd try driving it with my Rumble for fun. Just wanted to make sure it was safe first.
I don't understand the whole ohm thing.

No, Dishy, the Rumble 200 combo can only push an 8 ohm, or higher, external cab. You see, that adds to the 8 ohm internal speaker to give a total of 4 ohms for the combo's amp to max out at. (Yeah, funky electrical math, 8 ohms + 8 ohms = 4 ohms) And 8 ohms internal + 4 ohms external = 2.67 ohms total and then the Rumble amp burns up from too much voltage flowing 'cause it's not enough impedance (resistance)!!

Without disabling the internal 8 ohm speaker, no. Not a good idea.

You need another 8 ohm cab to safely run it at 4 ohms.
