Double Bass Amplifier head

Ok... So soon to be aquiring a mas 2x5 speaker and am looking for a nice amplifier. My top choices from hearsay I believe are tecamp puma 500, aguilar tone hammer 500... If I had more money Demeter mini with edb-2 preamp (or whatever it is called that came out last year)
Thoughts on these?

I have been using a Tecamp Puma 1000 for over 2 years and it sounds great with my various upright basses, different pickup configurations, ampeg baby bass, and all of my electric work.
I like the Puma because it doesn't color my sound, it just sounds like whatever bass I'm playing. The tone hammer sounded fine, I used one for back line on tour for a month or two but added a little color. That being said I'm in a position where I play about 65% upright and 35% electric on the same gigs. So not having a upright specific amp is what works for me.
The Puma 500 is essentially the same amp as the Puma 1000, just with less juice. I would highly recommend it, especially if you need 1 head to fill a plethora of bass needs. Not that I've ever needed it, but Tecamp also has great customer service.

Happy Hunting
