Another juvenile status update from Emperor Cabs: Jim Marshall's death edition

Yep. They're a bunch of dils. But then, they've always been, and they make mediocre cabs for guitar and bass cabs that have no design chops too.
I wonder how many of their cabs hold up Marshall amps, and how many 4x12 cabs they'd have sold if Marshall hadn't done what he did 40 something years ago.

Yep. Saw you there. Lots of folks gettin' themselves all sorts of bunched. Love how Emperor deleted their post then put up something resembling actually caring...as if no one would notice.

They seem to have the self-inflated egos and total disrepect that comes with being a wanker who can't design a good speaker. Use Marshall amps with your product to help them sell, then be a complete loser when the guy dies.

Emporer...may you suffocate in a boiling pool of sewage and haunt your own toilet.

Me too. Absolutely no respect for a major part of music history. I won't be buying an Emperor cab anytime soon.

just in case you didn't know Emperor cabs are stoners, remade some marshall cabs over the pond back in the noughties,and now they made a very ill advised post on the internet. "place jeering sound here"
I've never had any interest in ever buying an Emporer. Their stuff seemed to be marketed at the stoner rock crowd who wants a contemporary Sunn-flavored cabinet. I love Kyuss, Black Sabbath, and Sleep, but that's never been the bass tone I've heard in my head.
With that said, wow, what lack of class. It's cool if you don't dig Marshall products, but to downplay his contribution to music like that shows quite the lack of maturity. I wish I could have read all of the comments afterwards.

I do love my emperor's but this is just enough already. Ever since I've followed them on facebook it's been one immature thing like this after another.
Cheap shots at an industry leader and inovator illustrates a desparate attempt at product sales and a huge lack of respect.
From taking to tube amp gurus over the years I believe that the tweed Fender circuits that Mr. Marshall modified to his own liking were actually developed in WWII.
So, Leo's designs originated in WWII and Jim's were modified Fender's, Which means the US Govt. had an impact in rock guitar amp design. In reality, these amps wooudl have been developed regardless but maybe not as soon.
