Another keep or return, Warwick Corvette edition

I’m looking for some honest, objective opinions. I’ve been looking for a Warwick for a while and found this German made Corvette on guitar center used site listed as “good condition” for what also seemed like a good price.

However, when it arrived I found some issues and I’m wondering if I should keep it or throw it back and try again.

Cons:
The wenge fretboard has separated from the ovankol neck just below the nut. It’s small and probably doesn’t affect anything but it does exist and could get worse? Also asked guitar center about this and they said nothing they can do.

There’s pretty significant wear on and around the pickups and medium fret wear.

Pros:
Plays well, sounds good, neck is straight and smooth, and I personally love the bubinga wood grain!

I'd say the lifting fb can and should be fixed - probably nothing more than wicking a bit of superglue in and then clamping. Sure a real luthier will correct me if I'm wrong.

The nut was high in that photo, and the side tabs are broken off so it looks like it’s floating. It’s a common issue with the JANii nut. I have since lowered the nut to a more reasonable level.

Output jack needs to be replaced. Barely holds a cable. I asked guitar center about this and they are willing to cover the cost of this repair.

Well I see it's definitely been played a lot and someone had the pickups really close to the strings creating those divots. If you love the feel and the tone and you like your wood grain might as well keep it. You're going to be hard pressed getting another for that price that doesn't have the same issues or worse. At least there's nothing that doesn't look like it can't be fixed. I just hope the frets aren't all beaten to hell. Good looking Wick though. I like the wood on yours better than the black paint on mine.
