Another Retardtion #2

So Monday My amp wasn't working. So today, I gone to the local guitar shop to get to get a cord to see if it was the cord well it wasn't... Here is the best part he grabed a another bass and it worked... at the time I had my bass, so he took a look at it. Which I didn't know it was active bass. The 9v was dead. Problem was fixed and learned something new about the Bass I now have.

Don't feel bad. I've made dumb mistakes like that as well. Usually, though, the bass will sound distorted before the battery completely dies.
