Got some serious gas on this bass. Anybody rocking a bass like this one and if so how do you like it? It seems a bit steep at $3500 US list price.

That is such a unique StingRay. Looks amazing .I bought the 5 string slugger used. It’s amazing. Paid basically the same as getting a non-bfr special ray5.

Beautiful bass! Sucks about the dead spot though…BFR Black sugar magic with ebony fretboard and roasted birdseye neck from 2012, long time before the roasted hype started, MM was way ahead of their time.
The only thing I have to complain is a pretty ugly dead spot on the G string. Other than that its perfect, beautiful and amazing.

I was eyeing the slugger as well. Such a nice Stingray. The slugger and the dark ray are my favourite rays so far.That is such a unique StingRay. Looks amazing .
