Any flats with tapered ends?

Before I take a dremel to my Warwick's tailpiece, are there any flats that have tapered ends? The .135 B-string on a set of Chromes just plain doesn't fit unless I take off *all* the wrapping on the ball end.

I use Labella flats on my Warwick Corvette. The low B is tapered to fit the bridge. The other strings are no problem.
