Thoughts?

I'd put the fuzz after the tuner or compressor and the volume last. Why have two things to mute side by side? Or if the volume pedal has one, use the tuner out and just leave the korg always on.

Most people like to give fuzz pedals as pure/strong a signal as possible.

Personally... This is the order I would use.

TAFM > VOLUME > COMP > PDDI > VMT > TUNA

I like having a Tuna as late as possible in an FX chain but before delay/reverb. Fuzz first if your bass is passive.

But play around man, the only foreseeable issue I could see is that you take other peoples opinions and fail to carve your own sound... so basically, take everyone's suggestions and come up with something completely different.

Usually fuzz first, though I've not tried a TAFM.

If I had those pedals I'd be using one or at most two at a time so apart from that order would not really be a big issue.

The compressor and/or volume pedal might be better employed last, otherwise go for gold.

pedal suggestions? without knowing your style, preferences, etc.....

maybe some envelope? (i have the russian bassballs, mxr m82 looks cool as well!)

octave? (i've wanted a micro pog for some time.....)

As mentionned previously, experimenting is key. I'd give this a shot. Not really familiar with vol pedals though.

comp before volume will allow the same compressed sound at different volume levels; comp after volume will allow you to drive the comp harder or softer, and get limiting from the comp. There's a use for each....

Have you messed around with the pedal order w/ your comp, VMT and Tafm? What noticeable differences do you hear? Buying an MXR bass comp soon and not sure whether it would work well before or after the fuzz.. I'm thinking PeaveyT40>Polytune>MXRComp>Octron>TAFM>VMT. Was also thinking of putting a dedicated buffer/boost in there somewhere, but not sure where. Anyone see problems with this set up?
