Do you guys drive the van and tour manage like every other bass player, like myself, that I've ever come across on the road? Let's give it up for life on the road.

Yes sir! Done it all. Driven busses and vans. Fixed guitars, amps and PA equipment on the fly during a set. Sold and inventoried merchandise. Ran street teams and email lists. Dealt with booking agents, club owners, casino staff. Hired, fired, counseled band members. Wouldn't change it for the world.

Haha they're great man, I get 800 custom picks at a time for a great price. Also, they own Way Huge Pedals! I'm going in the studio with my band soon to do a new record and I'm definitely going to be borrowing most of their line.

I've recently fallen in love with the SS strings!
Great sounding!

It's definitely something special, but I've met so many people that do it and hate it. I mean I understand, who doesn't get home sick after 6 months out, but still, if you're playing good shows and making enough to live, what more could you ask for?

I'm AZ.. I've been homesick for PA since September 2006. I'm used to being away from home. I am here to try to actually succeed and make music my life. Even if this means I have to start off in the UK or anywhere the path makes me go! I want to entertain people and earn an honest living doing so.

Man, touring just sounds SO fun to me. I love road trips

I'm in between tours right now, and it's driving me nuts! I've been at home since october, and I'm about to lose it.

I know how you feel. My band is almost done writing a new album and we had to stay home and take care of that for the last 6 months. I can't wait to get in the studio, track it, and hit the road again.
