Al uses Electric amps and cabs in the studio and for local gigs,
I think he uses just whatever tube amps he can get for tours, though.
I don't know if he uses rentals or what.
Live he also uses a Marshall stack pretty often, too.
Monstrous.

As a bass player, I dig Om more than Sleep.
Who needs dumb guitars?

There is supposed to be a Sleep DVD coming relatively soon, though,
with their recent performance at the ATP fest.

I just bought my ticket for Om's September show at the Biltmore here in Vancouver. Can't wait to see how many amps Al brings... I'll be standing right up front to really feel the vibrations. I wish I could have seen the band with Chris on drums, but Emil seems to be jiving more and more with Al in the more recent live videos I've seen.
