Hello TB! I love the sound of the bass on this version of the song. In pics and other vids, it looks like he plays Jazz basses (one of them without a Fender logo on the headstock). I can't find much online regarding amps (a mention of Kustom in one spot), strings, effects or really anything about his sound. This live version sounds different to me from the recording or other live versions on the web. Is it just a lot of compression? I have very limited ability to fathom what creates a certain sound, but there's a lot of knowledge here.
