Anybody ever done a 3x15" setup?

greenboy - Precise bracing and 3/4" birch plywood are in the plans! I build a lot of big SPL stereo systems back in my day (got the hair trick vids to prove it :D ) so I realize what low notes with higher excursion can do to a poorly designed and built enclosure ;)

Is there a version of the "fEarful 15/6" that has 2x15 and the mid/tweet in one enclosure?

Nope, nodestiny - and really no desire to design something that large. I've used some 215 cabs of lesser interior space than two 3015LF would require to be used well and I felt they were a pain in the kiester for most purposes. Since a single fEarful 15/6 with a decent amount of wattage can pulverize those 215 cabs I have even less incentive to designs something that large.

Even with fEarful Cutkits (precut and dadoed wood kits for fEarfuls) the shipping would be prohibitive due to panel sizes. Just not ringing any chimes ; }

the cabinet design is the easy part. Its the crossover Im really interested in. Does anybody have a Xover already designed w/ specific drivers in mind for the mid/high?

edit: Just an FYI, I'm not trying to argue with anybody about why doing a single 15" in a cab is a better idea, its just not what I want to do.
