Anybody know the dimensions of a thunderbird? if so HELP!

im looking to make a thunderbird bass, but i cant find it's dimensions anywhere. If anybody knows the dimensions of the body, neck and the bass in total please tell me!

Jimbob, since this is going to be you own creation, there's a bit of freedom to be had...I don't know the true dimensions, but you could pretty much count on 2 1/2 ish at the heel, and around 1 5/8 to 1 3/4 wide at the nut.... the headstock is prolly a 13 degree angled multi-piece neck, iirc, it's 7 pieces....primarily mahogany, I think the stringers are walnut...not scarf-jointed at the head.

The headstock is huge, and there are no published dimensions I know of without digging, so you may need to trace one...simple enough. As far as thickknesses, you'd do well to measure that in person too....be aware you come close to infringing copyright here, and Gibson doesn't like that much..ask Mr. Reed Smith.

Body: 20" x 13" x 1 5/8" Overall length 47 3/4" Neck 1 11/16 at Nut 2 3/8 at 20th Fret.......these measurements are from a mid 70's T-bird...newer ones my be a bit different, but it should give you a basis to start off.
