Anybody that can help with ODB-3 Problem

I recently bought an ODB-3 off of Ebay. When I plugged it in, I may have used a plug with too many volts. I tried using different 9 volts and nothing seemed to power the pedal. I opened up the pedal and noticed that the capacitor in C40 (100uf 10v 105C) was completely destroyed. I bought replacement for it and tried but when I tried using it, it didn't work at full volume. I then noticed that a diode at D8 (IN 4004), right next to the capacitor was destroyed as well. I bought a replacement and the volume is almost at full level, but it's still a little bit below the input volume of my bass. On the pedal, the gain and level knobs work but both eq's and the balance are not working at all. I've searched the pedal for any other destroyed parts but I can't seem to find any. Does anybody know if there is something that maybe I'm missing or if the pedal is just shot?
