Anyone currently own a Mbrace Guitar Support System?

I'm new to TalkBass and came across an interesting thread on the "Mbrace Guitar Support System".

Looks like they're no longer manufactured, so I'm looking for someone who currently owns one to ask a few questions.

I do and use it all the time.
It makes the weight of the bass a complete non-issue, and saves my neck and back.
I'll be glad to answer q's for you.

I've been looking for a used mbrace.
With all the older players out there, and with their Jazz Basses and Les Pauls, now might seem like a good opportunity for a company to get a design of this back on the market. And for a more reasonable price than the one that is available.

I had one and returned it. It was overpriced for its cheap construction and not as stable as I would have liked. It also didn't get the bass as vertical as I wanted (more like an upright).

NOS too. But not for that price.
Would really like to see a new version put out on the market. It can be plastic.
D'addario should get in on this.

They were a good deal back before they went off the market. I'm still quite satisfied with mine.
I'm pretty sure that the pandemic and resulting supply chain snafus killed them.
I would love to see some other company pick it up. @BassCajon do you know anyone at D'Addario?
