Anyone ever use rechargeable 2AA batteries for Line 6 G30 system???

and now i just got the new G75 and the eneloops do great in that one too! the only thing is the time display on the G75 is probably not accurate, since rechargeables only get up to like 1.4V even if they last longer overall than regular alkalines.

as for chargers, i found this thing, which i keep mounted to a pedaltrain nano along with the wireless receiver; when i power up the wireless the charger gets powered up too.

i like it because it shows actual status for each battery, including things like voltage and charge time, so i can see when each one is really "done". i just wish the display was backlit, i gotta check it with a flashlight at gigs.

That's the same charger I wound up with.

Works great, no issues, seems to help identify weakening batteries too.

I've been getting 2-3 gigs out of the AAs in my pack, so I'm really thinking about getting rechargeable batteries now.

I'm pretty sure I could get two full 4 hour gigs with the Eneloops but I always switch them out for a fully charged pair on the second night. I don't turn my transmitter off once I switch it on at a gig. So that is usually at least 4-1/2 to 5 hours per night. With alkalines I would always do two gigs with a pair before changing them. Even then they still had some juice left so I would use them in something around the house until they died.
