Hi, Phil-AM, I lived in Makati, Metro Manila twelve years. What part of the beautiful Philippines are you from? Welcome to Talkbass.
I miss Filipino cooking and Christmas in the Philippines with the lovely farols swaying in the breeze and missa de gallo early in the morning.

I use my lips to point and I used to have difficulty pronouncing "F".

How do you find a Filipino in a crowd of people? You loudly call out "pssssssssst pssssssssst" (pronounced pssssssssst pssssssssst

I have a lot of friends who come from the Philippines. One thing that freaked me out though was people eating the "living" egg.
last time i heard active pa yan si bobby taylo i think he is playing always in Abs-Cbn session.

..yeah that living egg is what we called "BALUT"..actually its dead already coz its already been cooked..hehehe..smells nasty but taste good..too much cholesterol also..probably if you eat too much youll get high blood pressure..my advice is you try it, just for fun....i also dont like it when i was still a child..
