But seriously , Ever since I saw John Lennon's Epiphone casino guitar , I always wish to have a bass like that.

Luckily , Thanks to davie504 , I found my one-si , " CHOWNY! "

So How is the Bass itself?

How are The Pickups?
Its Comfortable?

I own two CHB-2's (one in Emerald Burst and one custom Lake Placid Blue) . Great basses but as these are my first semi-hollow instruments, I can't really comment on how they compare to others. It takes a little getting used to the archtop and having to reach further over, but that's only really an issue if you're playing seated. Oh, and they are pretty heavy so invest in a decent padded strap. They are pretty well balanced instruments although with the supplied Rotosound rounds on, a little too bright for my liking. I swapped them out for La Bella Deep Talkin' Bass flats on one. I would say that as supplied, the action is set very high and even after adjusting everything down, the action was still high at it's lowest. So I ended up having the nut cut lower, and the bridge sanded down to bring the whole thing lower to the body. Now plays much better.

For the money, I don't think you would be disappointed.

Hmm. I kinda want one of these, but I’m indecisive between this and the Epiphone Thunderbird Classic Pro-iv. I know they aren’t comparable, but I’m having trouble thinking of one to get.
