Anyone heard from quick guards?

Ordered a PG back in july 2022. Have reached out several times, no response.
It's now been 6 months, and not 1 reply to a single email.
These guys charged me 150$ and dont even have the decency to respond to requests. I've tried cancelling too, absolutely no replies.

I see they're still taking orders, so, I was wondering if anyone else has actually gotten their stuff?

Hi that sounds like bad service in more ways than one.
I see their website seems to be pretty straightforward.
They're in Florida. Any chance you figure that your emails could be going to their spam folder?
If you'd like, I or someone else in the states can text them for you to see whats up.

I've tried several different things, both replying to the order confirmation (which it said at the bottom of the email would be the easiest way to reach them) and through the email on the website.
Luckily I talked to my bank yesterday and the charge was JUST within the 6 month cutoff for disputing it, so I'll most likely just get my refund and leave it at that. Thank god I remembered it this week, and not next week, or it would have been too late

But yeah, I was a little annoyed by it, but I guess there is a good reason for not getting an answer. I'll give em the benefit of the doubt and just assume it's something out of their control, and move on
