Anyone knows Scott McMillon?

Hi folks,

I was fleeced by Scott McMillon who sold me his green Washburn Status last December 2013, but never sent the bass, and disappeared but deleting his TalkBass account, cutting his phone line and never replying to my emails. Neither did he return my money.

Does anyone know him? I need to get back my money.
