anyone own an ampeg isovent cab ?

i play a '73-'74 svt thru an early '90s fender custom shop rumble bass 4-10 cab, which is super awesome. BUT i recently acquired an ampeg svt50 pro isovent cabinet, i have wanted one for quite a while. its a bit trashed cosmetically so im making it a restoration project. i opened it up and the inside 15" speaker is seized up, plus theres a tear on the outside 15". they appear to be 16 ohm 15" speakers (2 of them) so im assuming they are wired to drop down to 8 ohms, as this is a 4 ohm cabinet.
does anyone own one that can tell me what speakers they have inside theirs ? i cant find anything online as far as a diagram explaining what its originally supposed to have in it. i want to make it just the way it came, although the speakers look to be original. im going to recone them or replace them but i dont want to change the sound its supposed to have.
the 2-10" speakers seem to be working fine but i dont know what they are (ohm/watt rating) any help on what these came with in them ?

i have one but i don`t use it for a few years - when i remember correctly there are 3 inputs - 8 ohm 300 w for the 2 15" and the same for the 10" so you can biamp the cab which sounds suberb with the swr sm 500 - for the whole cabinets it`s 4 ohm 600 w - celestions in mine but i don`t know the type

the cab is heavyweight and so if i where you i would try some sort of neo speakers

I have it allready included in my Stack.
But I want to refresh the speakers with neodymspeakers.
perhaps someone can help me because of the specifications of the speakers, I need......:hyper:

Too much, IMO. I used one once. It was just another bass cab to me. I'd top out at 300 for a good one. They're a rare niche product so it's hard to get more than that if you ever chose to sell it.

I had one must have been 17-18 years ago when I bought it. Didn't like it at all. The tens kept farting out on me. Had one replaced when the thing was stll under warranty. When the second ten blew out it just became a piece of furniture in my house. When I moved from Cali to Seattle I gave it to a friend for free.

I like them. Heavy, but it fit in my mid sized car. Have had 2. One had replacement drivers - Eden 10s and EV 15s, both from Mesa Diesel cabs. That one sounded a bit better, but no complaints about the stock drivers. The 2 I had were also slightly different models, one was rear ported and the stock speakers may have been different. I seem to recall paying around $400 each. Both were in excellent condition when I bought them, several years ago.

The previous owner of my EV loaded ISO used its stock 10s in a guitar cabinet. They sounded superb.

Is it worth $450 to you? It's solidly constructed, and you like the sound of it. It's very difficult to come up with a "fair market value" on something you'll probably only see once in your life. It's not collectible or sought after, but good luck finding one cheaper - not because that price is a steal, but because you just don't see these cabs around. I wouldn't advise buying it if you plan on reselling it. If you like the way the cab sounds, don't let the opinion of a stranger on the Internet convince you that you don't like the way it sounds.

I did eventually trade mine away, but both went to a bandmate, family member, and neighbor, so I still get to play through them.
