Anyone still prefer Class A/B amps over Class D?

I've relegated the Handbox to spare as using Ebs Fafner for all gigs. Demeter as backup.

So, I decided to go to AB class amps after 15 years of my professional playing.... any suggestion... I was looking for Ashdown, Handbox or something similar.

Finally I got what I always wanted Merlin 600. It's on it's way... can't wait to have it.

I tried this amp on an Accugroove El Whappo... What the heaven was that?!
Of course the cab is mainly responsible for the sound but i found this head quite powerful and transparent!

I think it's a bit pricy but this amp is good.
Felt kinda like an Aguilar db751.

Yea it will be perfect with my Barefaced BT2, and wasn't that pricey afterall, and yea I also tried it with Accugroove years back.... sounded incredible.
