Apex Strings

I used blue steels for years and loved them but they were suddenly different a few years ago and I moved on after my stock of the good ones was depleted.

I know nothing of apex strings and at the current price of strings, coupled with my diminished funds, I will be unlikely to explore very much. But I do have a bookmark for them for when things change.

Jeff Pilson has sounded great for decades, no matter which band, genre, bass, amp, cabs… or strings.

Jeff is high energy on stage. Very solid bass guitarist. Great on vocals also. Lynch / Pilson was a great album with him on lead vocals

Oh man! That's a bummer! A great company and such nice people! I really liked their strings and their customer service was top notch!

I was just thinking about these strings again and stopped by their website to find this. What a bummer! Hopefully they can make a comeback.
