Every once in awhile, I get a popup saying Talk Bass.com name change to Talk Bass, and asking if I want to uninstall or OK. What's that about?

Is this an app that you've had installed for years? Does it still work? We do not have any apps any longer. It is safe to uninstall. Instead there is a method to install what's called a "progressive web app" or "pwa":
To install a Progressive Web App (PWA) on an iPhone, open the PWA's website (in this case talkbass.com) in Safari, tap the share icon, select "Add to Home Screen," and then tap "Add". This will create a dedicated app icon on your home screen for the PWA.

I have an Android. I uninstalled the Talkbass app, then went to TB.com, clicked on "add to homescreen". It looks just like I have an app again. Is the the PWA?
