I'm wondering if OBS would be working for doing live 'gigs', use Jamulus to deliver the audio. I had some issues with Jamulus, because things are made more complicated than they should be. I just finished a video on how-to set up a private server for Jamulus so hope this might help out people who were struggling with the setup, just like me.
