Awesome sounding preamp in basically perfect condition. It lived on my pedalboard for a handful of shows, and I take very good care of my gear. It has 3M Dual-Lock on the bottom which can easily be removed if you wish.
This preamp features a James Tonestack for old Ampeg-style tone shaping - But don't let this fool you! I would not characterize this beast as "too vintage"- Although you can take it there. It creates a nice pillow of low end and adds some nice "hair" to your signal. You can get some gnarly stuff if you want it, but I've also played my active J-style basses through it and had no problem getting huge modern tones.
