Double Bass Arpeggione Sonata Fingerings

Hey guys,
I was wondering if some of you out there would have any suggestions about fingering different parts of the of the Arpeggione Sonata. Specifically, I was a little stumped about measure 45 in the first movement. I just can't think of a good way to go from the F to the G, and back to F. Any suggestions would be swell.

I'm working on it too, and have found that part to be especially tricky; I think if you're hands will manage it try open D 1 3 1 then bring your thumb around for a shallow thumb position just for the F then pivot back for 1 3 1 and then you could use the thumb for the Bb likewise, but its at least a manageable shift at a good clip.
That's what I've been working on, but needless to say, I'm still working on it

Yes, Suggs, that is the best fingering. 0131 +131 +131 3131. Of course, start practicing it slowly, and considering starting the pattern so that all the roots (D, F, Bflat, D) are played UP bow. Makes it much easier. Same thing later in the piece when you have the transposed version of this theme.
