I was wondering about a Disto pedal that offers a wide array of Distortion effects. I seen a couple for guitars, but I was wondering if there were any that cover Overdrive/Fuzz/Metal/Distortion in one for bass. Not really one of the multi effect pedals. Array of Disto Effects, Overdrive/Fuzz/Metal Buzzsaw

Well, people have used the DM4 for bass, so you could always try that. I know people have claimed that Les Claypool used it, at least at one point. Outside of this type of modeler I'm not sure what luck you'll have.
I think you'll find several pedals that claim to be able to do "everything from tube like grit to all out fuzz" but I have yet to find one that really does. The Holy Fire that grygrx posted a while back was about as close as I've seen a single pedal deliver on that.

BOSS made a distortion modeling pedal as well. I'm not sure if it's still available or not. It was one of their 18-volt double pedals.
I just checked www.bossus.com and they do still produce that pedal, but it's actually a 9-volt, and it's called the OD-20 Drive Zone. I'm actually pretty intrigued by it as well.

If you want to get a little more boutique, the Pigtronix Disnortion has an overdrive, and fuzz, and and octavia style fuzz all in one unit. The EHX Bass Blogger has an overdrive and a fuzz together. I'm sure there's plenty of others.

Appreciate the help, Im wondering if the same Distos on the Bass ME-B50, I need to upgrade but around and about lookin for the best disto for bass, Just dont want to carry 4-10 pedals all the time lol
I did a little bit of searching on here, and the few guys who actually had the OD-20 seemed to like it pretty well. There is a bottom end control and a "heavy octave" control that seem like they ought to work well to retain the low end.
I somehow dont think the octave would track well on bass, but if the low control on the OD-20 is anything like the same control that was on the MD-2 I used to own it might kick some. I found that the control on the MD just added low mids, but that might help cut thru.
I mostly have problem with my disto on the Boss Me-B50 when it comes to low end. its hard to explain, it just sound kinda... outta control. Kinda makes me a little iffy bout boss products now lol

I think that all modelling analog sound it's only advertisement for sale digital products.

I don't think I'd ever what to have that pedal:

Not so-so much for true FUZZ-fuzz - but for light OD, heavy OD, crunch, distortion, High-gain distortion, as well as true METAL tone (I mean metal GUITAR tone.. on a guitar OR a bass; I mean on guitar OR bass, playing individual notes OR double-stops/chords!) - it'll do'em all very nicely!
