I bought an Artec volume pedal, used. It does not go fully silent - always allows some signal through.
I wrote Artec, twice, asking for what I might do to fix it.
No reply. Like a Beatles song or something - no reply. Not in my spam box, nothing.
It's not the end of the world, but on the other hand I'm not impressed.
