Newest Info: The amp has been returned to full functionality. An amp tech friend of mine was in the area and was willing to take a look. It was the fuse and they found no sign of the amp playing a part in it. Checked with the studio our gear is generally housed in and they confirmed that they experienced a bad power surge and that the amp was plugged in for it, so it all checks out.
The amp is returning to pre as-is pricing with a clean bill of health. Life finds a way!

Keeping this for transparency, the amp had a blown fuse:"Well, this is unfortunate. This amp sat most of this time except for being used to record an album (why I didn't bump it for so long). Plugged it in to try it out today and see if I really wanted to part with it. Lo and behold, it has no output. The VU meter moves, but nothing comes out. No sound in the front end or plugged into the effects IN. Could be something silly. If anyone has a suggestion, I'm all ears. That being said, I know nothing about messing with amps and my local tech has recently DRAMATICALLY increased his prices."
