Bump. Anyone try the Drive Plus yet? I just sold my Ashdown head but I really like the grind control on the amp. Is it possible to get that sound with this pedal?

I tried the envelope filter and to be honest the effect was far too subtle, and the pedal sucked tone bigtime. Didnt like it.

that's odd they are supposed to be true bypass...

Sorry, I meant when it was on. Naturally an envelope filter plays with your "Q" as part of what it does anyway, but this thing sounded really dark to my ears.
