Ashdown Site - Impressive

Just a shame there customer service has gone crap, I use to rave about Ashdown but now I'd never look there stuff again.
For example I've been trying to get some replacement wheels for my Ashdown ABM8x10 (British Made) for ages now I've emailed and called them and best I got was on a phone call saying what's your name and number and we'll get back to you.
Now many might say this is a minor thing but I assume those people haven't tried moving an 8x10 with 2 broken wheels.

outsourcing their stuff to China and now they have bad customer support which used to be some of the best in the business

Some of these companies just don't seem to understand that service is as important as the sale of the product.
I was actually debating on buying a MAG600 or buying a Traynor YBA200. I think I'm leaning more towards Traynor after all the negative things I've been reading about Ashdown.
