ATK???

Hello ive come upon a great deal on an ATK 300 (200$) Its the one black on black and rosewood. I was just wondering if this is something i should go for. I have two jazzes a hotrodded MIM and a Squier deluxe active Jazz both i really like. I love stingrays and their sound and ive been listenting to the soundclips everywhere and i like the versatility. But is this something worth investing in?

I would, especially for that price. I don't own one but I've played on a few at Guitar Center for a while. I was very impressed with it's sound and versatility, especially with that price tag. I almost preferred it over some Sting Rays I played. But that's just a matter of opinion and taste, many would say otherwise. I found it to have more mids than some Sting Rays. All that to say....if I were in your situation I would buy it in a heart beat.

I have that exact atk, black/black/rosewood, and the answer is definitely yes. In fact any positive question about the atk will be yes.

Sorry to Hijack but, I have been trying to get my hands on an Ibanez EDC710 for a long time now with no luck. BUT!!!! it looks to me as if the ATKs have the same pickup and electronics. Does anyone know if this is true?

Looks like the same pickup and switch, but the ATK has a 3-band eq while the EDC710 has a 2-band.

ATKs are a great bang for the buck!
You wont be disappointed,
newer ones might have a few quality issues, so you might wanna try it out.

well everybody i just bought an ATK3EX1 for $238 should be here in abotu a week. Now i bought this bass from a GC in Kileen texas (no affiliation) and i usally dont like working with GC employees but these guys were a pleasure to do buisness with

at $200 it's worth a shot, i've heard good things about em... I'd have one for $200
