Attention Baseball Geeks

I'd like to see more categories ...there was something i didn't like...I'll look more when I can get to a desktop.

Disregard previous posting, I've now made it a 10x10 league. Here are the new categories ---

Batters Stat Categories: Runs (R), Hits (H), Home Runs (HR), Runs Batted In (RBI), Walks (BB), Strikeouts (K), Batting Average (AVG), On-base + Slugging Percentage (OPS), Extra Base Hits (XBH), Net Stolen Bases (NSB)
Pitchers Stat Categories: Innings Pitched (IP), Saves (SV), Home Runs (HR), Walks (BB), Strikeouts (K), Holds (HLD), Earned Run Average (ERA), (Walks + Hits)/ Innings Pitched (WHIP), On-base Percentage Against (OBPA), Quality Starts (QS)

Anyone interested please sign up soon. I want to lock it down somewhere around 12-16 teams.

DWTD,

Here are you batter cats:

Runs (R), Hits (H), Home Runs (HR), Runs Batted In (RBI), Walks (BB), Strikeouts (K), Batting Average (AVG), On-base + Slugging Percentage (OPS), Extra Base Hits (XBH), Net Stolen Bases (NSB)

Is there another catagory that can help make it not so favored toward power hitters? Not sure if this makes sense but when a player hits a HR, He "fills up" R, H, HR, RBI, OPS, AVG and XBH. 7-10 categories. If a guy singles, steals a base, and scores a run, he "fills up" R, H, AVG, OPS and NSB.

I mean, it's not a terrible set up, and I am OK playing it, I just think it favors power, and that's who I'll be drafting for.

EDIT: Otherwise, great job so far!

I see your point. Take a look at the possible categories and let me know if you have any suggestions. I will probably finalize tonight or in the AM.

As of now, I am probably going to drop Walks and XBH from the hitting categories since they are a little redundant with OPS. On the pitching side I will probably drop Walks and OBPA. I think WHIP is sufficient.
