Just wanted pass along the excellent customer service from Audere. I've got a JZ-3 preamp in my Jazz. I plugged in recently and was met with 16 or so rapid flashes of the LED rather than the usual 3. I swapped the battery, per the manual, with no change. I contacted Audere, and David walked me me through a couple of tests that quickly revealed the problem - the neck pickup was shorted to the copper cavity shield.
