I've had this pre-amp in both USA and Mexican Fender bodies and it fit great. I'm not 100% sure which model it is (it may be the JZ model - I found the installation instructions on the Audere website under the support section). It is very easy to install with no soldering required, the pickups wires fit into the pre-amp and are tightened down with a small screwdriver.
The controls are volume, blend/mids, treble/bass. It also has a toggle switch that selects between different modes for different levels of output/tones. It worked very well when I had it installed with a nice hi-fi sound and lots of adjustment from the 3 band EQ but I have decided to return the bass I removed it from back to passive controls.
It is in very good condition with one small dent in the metal (see 4th picture, circled in red).
