What are the ethical problems with Behringer?

It is something that is not allowed to be talked about here at Talkbass due to the flame wars that always start because it. Do a search and you will find quite a few closed threads discussing Behringer's ethics. The rest of you should know better and not bring it up in this thread.

I'm not saying the perception/attitude is accurate, just that it's prevalent enough to cause mild shock seeing Avalon and Behr in the same sentence.
