AX5B and earphones?

Is the output from the AX5B loud enough to be heard well through earphones? The output jack on my Alesis BassFX has an earphone logo next to it, but it's not loud at all. I have a small mixer that I could use, but it's not battery powered and that sucks for portability. The bass player at church has a Pandora, and he says he uses it with phones, but I haven't heard it and didn't know if it even relates that much to the AX5B.

I use the 'phones with my AX5B exclusively. There is a level control on there so you can adjust the volume to your liking. As a warning, it is possible to damage your hearing with the Korg because it is capable of getting LOUD. Good luck.
