For sale Azola BugBass Custom

This custom built BugBass is a 1 off, and was built in 1998 for a world renown bass guitar builder. He rides Harleys, so I thought the flame paintwork was appropriate. The hardware is polished aluminum, and tuners chrome. It has an Ash body, Maple neck, black Ebony fingerboard. I did upgrade the pickup system to a more modern version, but did not ad a preamp. He owned it for about 20 years, until I received it back from him a few years ago. It was virtually unplayed for those 20 years, and I didn't really play it much either. The bass is as new, not a mark on it, with a fresh fingerboard dressing, Obligato strings, and comes with a semi hard sided gigbag.
