If it's sustain you're after, may I suggest poking four hole in your bass and making it string-thru?

Big fan myself. Putting one on the current P-Bass build. Also have one on my #1. Yeah, no patience for the stamped steel stock bridge. The saddles wiggle when you play.
Until Babicz makes a version that doesn't have their logo engraved in huge letters on the front, I will never buy one of their bridges.
Hipshot, ABM, Gotoh, Schaller, LeoQuan, Kahler...I'd rather have any of those than that hideous Babicz billboard.

What do you do about the logo on your headstock? Tape over it?
What would it matter if he did? Consumers are free to alter or change the things they buy in any way that suits them. Why do some people feel upset at the thought of removing logos from things we buy?
I don't do anything about those. Traditionally that's where logos go, on the headstock. But if I had a bass that also had a logo on the body -- other than a headless bass, they get a pass -- I would probably tape over that.
Plus, the headstock logo is the brand of the bass as a whole; imagine if every subcontractor involved in your bass build felt compelled to vie for ad space the way Babicz does? Your instrument would look like a NASCAR racer with logos all over the knobs and jackplates and pickguards etc. Heck, I think some pickup manufacturers come dangerously close to the same aesthetic faux pas I'm accusing Babicz of, but mercifully most of them keep their logos discreet.
In short, what bothers me is not so much that they deign to have a logo on their bridge, it's that their logo is SO HUGE. It calls attention to itself so relentlessly that it interferes with my appreciation of the instrument as a whole.

AFAIK HipShot doesn't make tuners, but they do make machine heads.

If i would replace a bridge a quick release would be a must. I´m really intrigued by the Babicz but it looks like it doesn´t have a quick release which would be a no-go. I always cringe when i have to fiddle a new string throug such a bridge an then hear the scratching over the whole length... yuk! The Gotoh has a quick release afaik...
I just got a 5-string FCH-5 this week and it's got quick release. The FCH-5 page on the website mentions it, but the FCH-4 page doesn't. It might be worth dropping them an email to see if the 4string model has been updated with the quick release feature now.
I just changed the strings on my Gibson that has a quick release; what a PITA. The string kept popping out of the bridge. I'll stick to a normal bridge given the option. I guess it doesn't matter as long as you don't mind the string beating on your bass as you restring it.

I voted Hipshot Kickass because that's what you put in the poll. I have one and it was a 5 hole direct replacement on a Squier, but could have been any 5 hole Fender.
I've also used Gotoh 201, Fender high mass, and the Kickass is the most flexible to setup. Bridge saddle choice, string spacing choice, along with the usual adjustments.
For the money, these are all fine. The Kickass profile is similar to the Badass II and I prefer that look over the Bab.

I just received a shiny new nickel plated Hipshot ( type B string thru ) and the holes were exactly the right size and in the right places.
Took less than a half hour to install and intonate.
Definitely a fine upgrade from the worn bent metal one I had on there.
Notes seem to be a bit more smooth and even.
